Awasi Santa Catarina offers two spa settings: a Forest Spa with a hydrotherapy circuit and a Sea Spa overlooking the ocean. Each villa has its own sauna, Jacuzzi, outdoor pool and private spaces for rest, while guests can hike, play tennis and explore the surrounding forests and coastline. Boat excursions provide opportunities to see dolphins, whales and turtles.
About 80% of the cuisine’s ingredients are organic and locally sourced, including produce grown in the property’s pesticide-free garden. A stingless-bee project supplies honey, while partnerships with local seafood and oyster producers bring regional foods to the table. Solar water heating, rainwater collection, composting and reduced single-use packaging further limit the property’s environmental impact.
