At Paradisus Los Cabos, wellness activities extend from the treatment rooms of YHI Spa to the beach and swimming pools. The 6,000-square-foot spa includes individual and couples’ treatment cabins, a sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, relaxation areas, and a gym. Treatments range from hot-stone and deep-tissue massage to aromatherapy, Ayurvedic therapies, and Mayan-inspired body wraps. Some couples’ treatments take place in beachside huts.
Daily activities include beach yoga, pool aerobics, fitness classes, and Latin dance lessons. The resort’s dining options span several cuisines, including traditional and contemporary Mexican dishes at Mole, Asian fusion at Bana, and Basque-inspired cooking at Gastro Bar by Martín Berasategui. Naos serves an international breakfast buffet. Located on the Sea of Cortez, the adults-only resort also offers access to a swimmable beach, where guests can spend time in the water or arrange nearby snorkeling and diving excursions.
