Tordrillo Mountain Lodge

At Tordrillo Mountain Lodge, wellness begins with what happens outside. Set in Alaska’s remote Tordrillo Range, the lodge has built its approach around the relationship between physical exertion and recovery. Its 2,400-square-foot wellness center, introduced in early 2026, gives guests a place to restore after days spent heli-skiing, climbing, hiking, mountain biking, or exploring the region’s rivers and lakes.

The center includes a wood-fired sauna, cold plunge, access to the frigid waters of Judd Lake, a yoga and movement studio, fitness equipment, massage and bodywork rooms, and a wellness lounge with a juice bar. Guided sessions emphasize mobility, breathwork, and restoration. The surrounding wilderness remains central to the experience, shaping a model of wellness in which activity and recovery are closely connected. Rather than offering an escape from physical demands, Tordrillo Mountain Lodge makes recovery part of the adventure itself.
